The restaurant was good with reasonable price, we ordered delicious dishes. The bed was comfortable & the staff was well-trained and professional. The location was peaceful and easy in the peaceful area.

The hotel was fairly cleanwith nice interior and nestled in a nice building. The room was tidy, provided us with snacks as well as good bed. The breakfast included coffee and tea for everyone.

This hotel offers great value and well-equipped rooms with snacks and fully equipped kitchens, for instance. The location is remote, short walk to the lobby- trough the restaurant, the nearby island called Ko Sichang, and the mountains.

I had a heavenly and pleasant stay at Balcony Seaside. The Japanese style decorations in the room made it feel like home, and it was so comfy. The highlight was definitely the On-Sen, which helped me relax and destress. The hotel's free admission to the playland was a hit with my kids, and the wide selection of breakfast buffet was a great way to start our day. I highly recommend this hotel for a quick getaway trip with the family.

The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room was new-fashioned with cozy decor. Really enjoyed a Jacuzzi in my jacuzzi bathroom. It was in a remote setting to the lobby- trough the restaurant. Also, Surasak Montri Public Park was 2 miles away from the property.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were reasonable and the attention to detail was evident throughout my stay. The location, nestled in the midst of malls, was ideal for shopping and entertainment. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The rooms, located on the third floor of Building 3, offered a beautiful view. I particularly loved the option of Twin Beds, which added to the convenience.

The lift was often crowded and slow, making it difficult to get around the hotel.
